I could understand some light padding (or at least thicker regular clothes) for someone that's never done something like this but the whole thing felt so terribly contrived. She was almost corpsing as she got forced back to the ring and picked up by.... Rhino or whoever grabbed her. I'm guessing she assumed she wouldn't feel anything, and while i'm sure Bubba did all he could, she's still got to take a pretty good bump.
