Until like season 7 or 8. And even then, there are good episodes in the bad seasons, mainly because Charles is cool. Alan Alda was cool as Hawkeye til he got til Whiney. Good thing Trapper John left when he did or they would have made him a sad sack like BJ was. Still. MASH was pretty cool. The chicken was a baby. The baby was a chicken.
