One thing everyone needs to realize is that the game is designed around doing side missions between story missions. If you hit a wall, go do something else for a while.

This game is loving awesome. I found Piccolo lurking behind some buildings and now he's my master. Anyone else finding the Raditz side-mission really hard early on? Maybe I'm just not ready for it yet. I've gotten as far as Gohan but by then I'm on zero health.

Good god this game is addictive. I'm really digging it. Some of these side quests are taxing, though.. I have one where I've got to solo final form Frieza, and he just doesn't take a hit. It's insane.

How are you guys doing stats? I've been keeping everything mostly even, but I have HP and Regular Attack (or whatever it is) a few points higher. That said, I'm using Lord Slug's gear on my Human to bolster that, but it really decreases my Ki Supers..

Holy loving poo poo I've played this so much today. Anyone else have serious trouble on some of the side quests where you're one man/woman/other against the legions of Z-fighters? Teen Gohan has had a quest for me concerning training for the Cell Games for many, many levels and there's no loving way I'm going to be able to finish it solo. Is there a good trigger for masters to advance their training? I've got Vegeta's gauge filled up and I've leveled up a couple times, and I use his skills predominately in battle, but he won't do anything. I keep running into Gotenks and Cell but I want to finish out Vegeta first. Does anyone have a list of what the masters give you?

If anyone is having issues with block breaks- there's a loving amazing ability from PQ05 called Arm Crash. It breaks their block for several seconds and lets you get some really valuable hits in, and it seems relatively hard for them to counter. I don't know what I'd do without it. Also, I beat the final Vegeta training on my first try.. I just needed a bunch of capsules. Feels cheap, but they're there for a reason I guess. I was really hoping for Big Bang Attack, I love using that as SSJ4 Vegeta, but Final Flash will do nicely.

In the storymode, Goku says something along the lines of "We have to get my body back!" during a Captain Ginyu fight when you're clearly the one missing your body. There's also an instance of Trunk's voice actor saying a line where he's clearly not using the Trunks voice. It's pretty sad. A lot of this could have been fixed by a couple read-throughs of the lines. But who gives a gently caress, this game is crazy awesome.
