The traitor trooper guy really makes Finn look like poo poo. He abandoned his comrades after his first mission and has no problem slaughtering them during his escape.

We only ever saw a really close up shot of the pilot, there could have been room for 2. What's weird is that the X-Wing is basically a space F-16 but they only have 1 pilot seat. Maybe the droid in the back does all the stuff a co-pilot would usually do.

The squid monsters and Snoke were really bad. Felt like something out of Lord of the Rings. It just felt wrong to see that in the same movie with all the other classic SW stuff.

I don't know how but they managed to make this movie feel smaller than ANH. People seeing the planets explode from the surface of other planets, the rebel fleet consisting of like 6 fighters and nothing bigger than the Falcon, it's lame.
