The senator is kind of a moron because he wouldn't let him speak but explaining how internet advertising works shouldn't have been so challenging for the Google guy. I don't think you could be less clear if you tried. Feels like forever since the last one, but Team Four Star's latest... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XAzDHco1w8 Mostly I was surprised they're still doing this. Although it appears he will let you pay him to sharpen a pencil. Edit: This testimonial from Neil Gaiman is awesome: "Truly, my life before I was presented with correctly sharpened pencils by an artisan was a dull and ill-sharpened void. Learn from my mistakes."

Gameplay from PAX East, 8 minutes from the new Ducktales. Looks reaaaaaally promising, though I do also kinda hope it has a "classic mode" which is just a reskin of the original, sans extra cutscenes and stuff. What's there is still great looking, and they got a bunch of the original voice actors to come back, including the guy who does Scrooge McDuck. He is 93 years old. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4Wfl7Q9m3I&hd=1

Yesterday I asked myself a strange question: What happened to that guy who sang the Pokémon theme song? Well, his name is Jason Paige and he's a freelance vocalist. He also made this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQBNpwQoTpQ Give it a minute and a half. If you like that, don't check out his channel. He's made some pretty cringe-worthy libertarian poo poo as well, but I suppose someone being opinionated is a double edged sword.

AtomD posted:Yesterday I asked myself a strange question: What happened to that guy who sang the Pokémon theme song? I saw this guy perform last year. There is this... event, at this dinner theater near Hollywood called "For The Record" where they do shows based on movie directors like Baz lurhmann, the Coen Bros, Tarantino, etc. The shows are a collection of live performances with a live band of music from the soundtracks of the director's movies performed in charater as the characters from the movies. Decipher that sentence if you can. And in between the songs they act out abbreviated scenes from said movies. Anyway he was performing at the Scorsese show and was awesome, doing his best Joe Pesci. It's a great show and shouldn't be missed if you live in LA. This year they're doing Robert Zemeckis and Tim Burton, among others. http://fortherecordlive.com/shows/
