I love how everything in this version of MUGEN is sped up, it just makes guys like Alter Ameba look even jazzier  Also did Salty add more characters to the roster? All of these recent guys are totally new to me.

Barney is a completely broken joke character with an unblockable instant kill when his health gets low. That particular Remilia is ported mostly straight from iamp with more speed (note previous post on meters). Single outlined blue bar with two stars is usually like this. There is another Remilia that is completely broken, with multiple forms. There is a patchouli like this too. Other than that, there is a lot of variance but you can usually tell by the style of additional meters they have.
