His name was Terrence Nowicki and because he himself regularly posted in the thread, Goons were extra picky with their confusion or objections to his toons, knowing he would read and often respond to them. Almost every new cartoon of his immediately caused pages-long derails, the charge usually being male-gaze, overuse of pop-culture references, or, because his cartoon was only weekly, failing to address one current event or another. His toons regularly made for the thread's most godawfully pointless dogpiles, and it's for the best that he's no longer posted.
