So Chris Christie is a traitorous driver for a mob family and got what was coming to him by the Media (the mob family's loyal enforcer) for selling out the Don?

I thought that would have worked better as Christie being a stand-in for Clemenza and one of his staff as Lampone. Slap whatever stupid label you want on a bumper sticker because it is a political cartoon after all. It shows Christie as facilitating the job without pulling the trigger himself and adds the cannoli bit as a "lol he's fat" cherry on the sundae.

Do you live in an Eric Allie cartoon? Yeah, I was basically saying Tesla/Gale was a talented scientist who got shafted more than once by a guy he, at one point, looked up to. But the Jesse explanation someone made earlier's better. Anyway, it's not like BB was a bastion of subtlety; I don't mean that in a derogatory way, but if there was a character who was a pedophile, I'm pretty sure they'd have made a point of giving us at least ONE reason to think they were beyond tenuous linkages to political ideologies.

Banning e-cigs is admittedly a pretty ignorant policy, but what loving e-cig looks like that? Has Tinsley even seen one before? Even Muir can GIS. To be filed under "worst wormbamas." quote:

In a surprisingly informative derail in a reddit.jpg thread in GBS, I learned that a lot of dumb people will see someone smoking an e-cig and light up a real cigarette and cause problems, since it's kind of hard to tell the difference from 10 feet away (even though you should know that one was legal and the other was not). A goon learned this from a bouncer who asked him to not smoke an e-cig, I think.

Tinsley's e-cig seems to be combining the one-piece e-cigs that attempt to emulate the look of a regular cigarette and the two piece units with a carbomizer and battery. Also, to clarify, the ban on e-cigs is not a total ban, you're just not allowed to smoke an e-cig anyplace that you're not allowed to smoke a regular cigarette.

Got beaten to the comic, so here's the accompanying post.Dry Bones posted:The waves of Africans doing anything to get into Europe, desperate to find a higher standard of living then in their own countries are also hitting Israel. They were refugees when they got to Egypt. Then they left Egypt in search of a way into the only country in the region with European standards, both economic and humanitarian. So now it's our problem, and whatever we do, somehow the Media will show us to be the bad guys.

Yep, the right-wing mind can only understand two possiblities 1) it was a completely spontaneous mob fired up by the video 2) it was a worldwide terror plot formed by the ghost of Osama bin Laden The idea that there might have been multiple motivations, or that it might be a mix of people and various competing version of events, is completely lost on them.

Does the right-wing response to the NYT article amount to anything besides "nuh uh"? Do they have a competing report/study/article to point to that contradicts what The Times is saying? It seems like if they want the "truth" about Benghazi, they would appreciate the in depth reporting provided by that article.
