Dear Diary, I went for a swim at the Yancy Street rec pool today when the Yancy Street Gang struck again. They depants me in the shower and I got so mad I ran out after them in front of a bunch of old ladies. I have to lay low for a few days. Reed knows something happened. How do they choose patch times anyway? I got home, sat down to play a bit and boom, patch time. My internet sucks too, so it still isn't finished. Doesn't WoW patch exclusively on Tuesday or something specifically to minimize downtime?

Patching any time other than Friday night would go a long way in reducing last minute gently caress-ups. Pretty disappointed the xdef tokens are still busted. I really like the shared quests feature, it's a shame that one whole section is broken. And it seems like such a simple thing to fix. Toshimo: how many boxes did you end up opening?

So wait, am I getting this right? The various power buffs (Accuracy, Toughness, and the like) now appear on the buff bar, but are altogether indistinguishable from one another unless you mouse over them?  I don't remember them showing up pre–patch, at any rate.

To be fair, they used to patch friday afternoons every week and we all complained every week, then they got in a pretty good run of patching Thursday mornings and that's been the trend for a while now. It seems clear this patch had problems which is why it got pushed by to Friday evening. The fact that this is now the exception to the rule I see as a good thing. That being said, let's not fall back into old habits Gaz.

I'm at 409 in about 2.5 hours of MM and cows. 270ish SIF. Boosts seem to be having a huge impact according to a teammate with less. edit: actually I misread it, it's 439

I lurk the official forums and post all over them and I admit that was my first time reading that. I just can't connect with the thinking and even the analysis on some of that poo poo. I am intrigued though. Mainly on the Loki thing. Agreement: Yes, Strange, HT, Ironing Man are top tier. Definitely. Yes, Thor is bottom tier and I am sorry Eckert and other Cyclops players (there are plenty), Cyclops is the worst in the game. I rank (I know, it means nothing really) him, Deadpool, Rocket Raccoon, Punisher and Jean Grey as the 5 characters most desperate in need of their 52 reviews. They need them BADLY. [Disagree]: Ghost Rider top 10?!?! He is one of the bottom 5 in game. He needs another rework already. Gambit at top tier as well at 11? That's insane. Bottom middle at best. He is completely gear dependent and worthless unless specced to kill. Luke at bottom? Beyond retarded--Moon Knight and Luke are top 2 melee in game and endgame ready without even needing top gear. I have seen a lot of Loki talk recently and I got him when he first came out, took him to 60, and thought he was OK. I know jubelio and Ansob play him quite a bit as well as others, but is this guy as excellent as this says and I (we?) are just missing something? I never see the goons or much of anybody playing this guy. I think byzantiumfrost (sp?) is the only guy who cosmic prestiged him on Groot. Edit: congrats nick, you are a superstar. Thor is all right. My biggest problem with him is that Almighty Mjolnir (his hammer throw 2-second chargeup move) does significantly more damage than all of his other skills, so it feels like I'm wasting my time if I'm not constantly tossing around that hammer. Anti-Force is an ability on a 10 second cooldown which seems like it should be my strongest ability damage-wise, but it does almost the same damage as a fully charged Almighty Mjolnir, which will almost certainly hit every enemy twice which means it does twice the damage. edit: Actually, Anti-Force does LESS than a fully charged Almighty Mjolnir.
