Bully!
When I got home yesterday there was an 80s Camaro in the parking lot with temp tags. Black with louvers and a light grey interior. Everything about it was immaculate except the exhaust tips. It was gone when I woke up :(

There's been this camaro around my work lately that makes me wet. It's a late 80s possibly one of the very early 90s IROC in white, with a drag strip prepared level of interior gutting, a cage out of a funny car, what appear to be mickey Thompson 10.5" street radials on the rear that stick out so far they literally cut the fender wells and bolted on sheet flat steel bent into the proper profile and they stick out a good 5 or 6 inches. No idea what's under the hood but it's way too loud and revvy to be a anything even remotely close to stock.

GMG falls into the same trap that makes Roadkill seem fresh. Aaron has legit good taste in what needs to be done to a hot rod and Richard is a funny dude with some cred (people forget he was co-pilot on a record breaking Cannonball attempt) but they just script so much bullshit that it kills the show. I bet if you put the two of them in the confines of a Roadkill type show it'd be hilarious, unfortunately the masses aren't gearheads and are easily amused.

e- also remember both GMG and Roadkill are sponsored by Dodge so this is most likely scripted bullshit to start promoting a crossover

Its not a promotion for Dodge, a fan threw out the idea of a competition between Roadkill,MCM(no dodge sponsorship),and GMG on their facebook page.

The spaceship greebling was functional and contained a small keypad where you could punch in a code to obtain readouts of fluid levels, a hydraulic jack, a compressor, and a fire extinguisher, among other things - depending on what side you were on.

You shared it with a dick.

I'd say this qualifies as awesome. I went to a dealer to check out a $15k Volvo for another AI member today, and it appears the Volvo was the cheapest car in his inventory. I wish I'd taken more pictures, and I wish I had a better camera. First, it was filled with poo poo like this:

Laugh at the Honda, but it's an unmolested CRX next to this:

And next to that was this:

From the back:

He told me that is a true JDM Honda NSX Type R that the owner spared no expense converting to left hand drive. 20k original miles. Carbon fiber everywhere, just gorgeous. The owner needs operating capital for his business or it wouldn't be for sale. $129k. I don't know anything about Hondas so my info could be wrong, there was a lot to take in. A couple Rolls Royce, a Lamborghini Diablo in their detail shop, a numbers matching smokey and the bandit Trans Am, and a fully restored '77 280Z that he just sold. There was an Audi coupe there that I said a couple forum members would kill for and he said he was keeping it for himself.

Also of the 19 of these they actually made there's currently one up for auction in Japan... $750k+ expected.

To clarify, the fuel TANK is pressurized, which isn't out of he ordinary for EVs with range extenders. Volt does the same thing, to keep the fuel from absorbing moisture from ambient air when stored for long periods.

Aw yeah. I was pleased to find that they went to the trouble of making a tunnel of no objects for each and every ITB hose clamp so a two foot screwdriver was able to undo all of them - there are little divots cut out of intruding objects just so you can do this without having to take the engine out of the car or use some sort of flexible screwdriver apparatus.
