my dad was visiting from america the other week and he had a chip and pin card but it had no pin so hed put it in the chip and pin machine and then had to sign the slip it was very weird that's my fake chip and pin story thanks

I got on the train at Glasgow at 1300 and have just arrived at Darlington. Gone through Motherwell (poo poo) and Edinburgh (p nice), then past a nuclear power station, onwards over the border into Berwick which looked ok but not much there, round Morpeth curve, into Newcastle which appears to be a cool place (though two "tapps aff" Scots who were dodging the ticket inspector got arrested) and then Durham which was pretty. Half hour until I get to York. Then I'm going to the pub. That's my day and I am serious posting.

i went to a woman's house i'd never met before at 12.30 am after messaging her on tinder throughout sunday and left at 9.30am feeling absolutely shagged out but can categorically state that it was some of the best few hours of my life. then i went back to my friend's room in an old secondary school in paddington, got my stuff together and caught the 14.00 train to bristol temple meads and now in my office in bristol one cup of coffee deep and looking forward to getting to my hotel so I can sleep. and maybe buy an umbrella. also feeling a little odd because i was drinking pretty continually from noon friday to sunday evening including the transatlantic flight i took friday, arriving london friday morning - rocked up at my friend's house in london at 9.30 with bucks fizz and we got on some serious day drinking. life is good
