BF3 and BF4 campaigns make BC2's one great and Bad Company one truly amazing so there's that. Hell, I'd love to replay BC1 on PC just to not play with horrendous fov.

I appreciate the BF3 campaign at least for going the extra mile to make it look like you were actually just a guy (or a gal) in an actual war. There was no compelling gameplay reason for the whole pre-launch sequence on the carrier or the dinosaur stuff in the tank, it was just there to be immersive. The plot was also better than in BF4, but that says a lot more about BF4's than it says about BF3's. BF3 was workable if not particularly deep, BF4 reads like it was thrown together over a weekend.

How much an improvement are high tickrate servers now that they are being rolled out ? BF3 and BF4 netcode has always felt weird and it affected gunfights, is it more responsive now ?

Finally unlocked the first 4x scope for my DMR. SO much better. I had trouble understanding the purpose of DMR's. My last match (with the 4x scope) had 6 kills 1 death, I normally get 3 kills 15 deaths.  My best match was when I was getting sick of being a sniper, and gave the M249 SAW a try and got 17 kills 17 deaths!

DMRs can be great in certain environments; they especially kick rear end on Rogue Transmission. Just don't move while shooting them. Always, always come to a complete stop. The moving accuracy penalties are rough.
