I think Roszival is there just because he's so bad that they can pay him very little money to have more to get bottom six guys. His worth is in that he's worthless, somehow. Inevitably, there will be injuries and he'll end up on the second pairing and give up a ton of goals again.

Well they can't, unless they trade somebody. They have like 1 million of cap space. Cullen would be the only one I figured they'd go for and that's assuming he's okay with signing the same deal he was just on.

Way to go Benning! I actually don't hate the Eriksson deal. Basically all our old veterans will be gone in a year or two and I don't really want an entire team built of 20-30 year olds (especially as we don't have many good ones!) If the Sedins leave in 2 years it's not like the extra few million are going to matter anyways.

Sounds like the Blackhawks are buying out Rundblad. It actually costs them a total of 250k more over the next two years in salary cap to buy him out rather than bury him, so I guess they REALLY don't like him.
