Every week, this show blows my mind out the back of my skull. The Mr. Robot is actually planning stage 2/Mr. Robot is keeping contact with the DA reveal seems too obvious for me to not expect, but it still made me drop my jaw.

I was a little confused by the statement at the beginning that the viewer now knows the whole story. Was there a straight up recollection sequence with Wellick? I thought that and the immediate aftermath of the hack were still open questions - maybe I missed a piece of an episode?

I think it's more that Elliot was filling us in on everything he knows. He (and therefore, we) clearly doesn't know some things that only his alter ego is privy to.

Gonna go ahead and call myself out on this; the NAEA is what I said in the show (it's on the sign on the wall), but not in reality; the actual organization is the IAEA (the International Atomic Energy Agency). Whether this is just an in-universe difference or if Angela just walked into some kind of scam, I have no idea.

I think it's being implied that she and NotElliot are working together (or have done so), unbeknownst to Elliot.

Could anybody tell if that was Elliot's room in the preview?

I have strong suspicions that this isn't going to end well for anybody. This season has been pitch black dark and the sense of climax is impending.
Nearly every character whose motives we understand seems vulnerable. Death is lurking in the shadows.

I'm pretty sure Agent DiPierro says Angela was at the NRC because the NAEA was dissolved and NRC took over. I didn't notice the sign. Maybe they just like having the old logo around for nostalgia?

Anyway I think the point of that scene was to make the audience uncertain as to whether Angela was just being paranoid or if E-Corp has a plant in the NRC and was going to take her out.

Also curious what the deal is with Wellick and his wife. I'm not sure I believe Mr. Robot that he's dead. I think he's still lying to Elliot about a lot. It didn't seem like he was stepping in because Elliot went silent this episode as he claimed. I think he was just thrown off because Elliot was able to actually see and hear him. I wonder if the show will transition to where Mr. Robot can take over sometimes, but can't keep secrets from Elliot anymore. The show's secrecy well is going to run dry eventually, right?

The sign says United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Where are you people getting NAEA from!?

It even says it on his computer!
As soon as he said "do you mind sticking around for a while?" I knew something was wrong and he was in someone's pocket. It's not like E-Corp got to where it was, doing the things it does, without having a regulatory group paid off.
Also of important note: Ollie is Elliot's pseudonym, we know that much, yet Dom mentioned that Ollie told her 2 months ago about the disk Angela used to hack All-Safe. Does that mean Mr. Robot is even ditching Elliot's closest friends with his scheming? hosed up if ya ask me but it's almost like a super hero keeping himself from having friends so that there are fewer targets for the villains to go after. Wanna talk about cleanly burning down your hack site, Mr. Robot's using Napalm.
I can only imagine what went through Angela's head when Dom said "Ollie." I mean, that's not her ex boyfriend's name, right?

BTW: I have to call it now but Elliot's totally got a cancerous tumor in his head. Thus all the fuzzy with Mr. Robot.

Ollie is Angela's cheating ex-boyfriend, who we already know had spoken to the FBI. Elliot just used his name when he met Joanna.

Not quite sure about that. The Chinese straight up has stolen plans for nuclear weapon systems from the US before. They are capable of making their own materials, but the delivery systems have been the issue. I doubt that the Washington plant has access to something that would normally be at Los Alamos. Then again if it did the Chinese would just walk in and steal it all like they did before. No need to buy it :v:

Is there a chance Cisco found the E-Corp lady somehow alive? Not really sure what purpose that would serve, other than to complicate things even MORE though.

Just to confirm, it's the plant E-Corp owns but is somehow linked to the Chinese that got Elliot's dad and Angela's mom killed right? I was assuming it was a nuclear power facility, but based on the conversation with NotWhiteroseAtTheMoment and the CEO there's something super not-legit going on right?
