No one can seem to fathom why I'm going up to KC to get my new tattoos done up. They've said in different words that the extra time and money is not worth better quality. Lmao

Edit because I forgot: the last image is an artwork on paper, but it was done by one of the artists in the local shop, so I felt it deserved a spot.

The one right before that is, unfortunately a tattoo. The person who got it posted it along the the B&W image I shared. At least they can't seem to tell that it's poo poo. :smith:

You know, I was actually debating putting quite a few of these in the album, but I started looking at them all a lot more closely and that's what got me.

I think the only ones that are technically sound are the clown ones but I still think they're ugly af.

Yeah, I looked at them and I was like "these are pretty normal", they're not great by any definition of the word, but they're not terrible either. Some of them have obvious imperfections, the feather one is pretty cliched, but I'd look at a tattoo like these on a person and if I felt anything it'd be disappointment. Just run of the mill subject matter and average to below-average execution.

Some of them the artist needs to work on their lettering, and if this is supposed to be an ambigram I can't loving read it that way.

Although the one with the guy cutting out his own heart really needed to be done instead by somebody with an actual grasp of anatomy and composition (not to make it more realistic, just to make it look a lot better).
