Cookie's been extra insane these last few days because there's a rotisserie chicken that I've been demolishing sitting in the fridge. Cookie's pre adoption stray cat background has now been amended to include "Probably lived off rotisserie chicken as a stray" also

i moved my bed and took some scarves off the rack so now it's harder for kitty to get on top of the closet door and I'm feeling guilty about it

Also HI ABEL I live up in the foothills of the Canadian rockies, so I'm guessing that's "up north" to most of you guys. Winter is from October-March/April. You can expect snow in April, in any case. Spring is brief. As soon as the weather hits above 5 degrees celsius the cats start begging to go out.

I got one of those cheap, spring-loaded cat tree things a few weeks ago and finally put it up. I know Sam likes it, but Nigel is suspicious as always. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbjyGmj_r74 It hasn't shown any signs of coming crashing down, even with Sam's big ol' 12.5 pound butt jumpin all over it. Makes a racket tho.
