Oh, had no idea they brought back some old school artists. The bride banner was so long ago that I completely forgot about them. On the other hand I hope they keep releasing Leo skins until he finally wins the Leo Gauntlet of April 2021.

A better theory I've heard is that they've commissioned the seasonal character arts in advance some time before release, so it was safer for them to do Fateswakening characters than from the more obscure older games. We knew that Winter Tharja and Robin's arts were already done before release, so the theory makes sense. So there's hope that now that they've seen how popular characters like Lyn or Hector are, or how much demand there is for older games' characters, future seasonals would be more varied. Of course the bridal banner kinda threw a spanner in that theory, and it sounds a bit wishful thinking to begin with, but well, it's still a pretty sensible theory.

Some artists are easier to contact than others. One of the main reasons why they couldn't get Hidari earlier for an FE game is because of scheduling conflicts. Someone like Fujiwara Ryo (Robin faces, Seth, Joshua) or Kaya8 is probably on speed dial compared to Hidari, who has done an actual FE game but no Heroes art so far.

Who's a good candidate for Zanbato+? I got a few trash idiot sword lords that I don't really have a use for while trying for a second Christmas Tharja and figured maybe I could make something interesting. I also drew a Karol who I think is probably gonna give his Sword to Olivia, and an M Corrin who I'd grind in to soylent if I could. I also still have a subpar Hector who I don't need that I could mulch for DC.

In the waiting for new stuff I've been building up Team Askr, and I'm onto Alphonse What's some decent A and B skills for him that doesn't involve changing his weapon? So far I have Death Blow as his A skill and Vantage as his B skill, but would changing Vantage to Swordbreaker be better?

That said, even if you don't want that, I think almost anything is better than Vantage, and I would go for either Swordbreaker or QR.

if theyre smart, they could make it so some banners have 4* rate ups or the chance of getting exclusive 5* at 4*s very sad that the chances of getting Alm again is very low. I almost got the entire Valentia cast in my barracks.
