Yeah, dispose of insulin needles (and lancets to test blood sugar) like other sharps, please. (when I was on chemo I had to have a *special biohazard sharps containers* for the vials/needles for cytotoxins, which was sorta cool in a macabre way)

Neo Nazis do indeed get VERY upset about being called Nazis because they are not a literal card-carrying member of That One Party. That is why I make sure to call them Nazis at every possible opportunity. When you have a decision to make, think to yourself "what would piss off a Nazi?" and do that.
