The Lowe Post is the best rn imo
Zach Harper is good, but Talk Hoops does have entire episodes that are like 40% them talking movies and other random poo poo where it's like...why do you think I care about your movie takes.
The Basketball Friends I've come to enjoy...good group chemistry, plus Jay the producer guy sounds like Bill Simmons from an alternate universe where he's chill and kinda knows basketball

Posting Up with Tim Bontempts and Dunc'd On are good, but drier overall, especially the latter...dudes still haven't got great mics somehow...

People diss Open Floor sometimes but I think the two dudes on it are fun and knowledgeable enough.

I can't handle Jalen and Jacoby, they're still the worst, hot takes and old man hip hop opinions galore, with Jacoby doing stupid drops like every loving second (YUP! YUP! YUP!)
they manage to suck the fun out of E-40 which is an achievement

The Ringer's NBA podcast is dumb, and Dunc'd On is okay-I-guess as long as they aren't talking about advanced analytics (which is usually) or the loving Warriors.

Dunc’d on is the 2nd best podcast after Lowe Post especially if you want to listen to actual basketball discussion and not hot takes. They can really get into the weeds though so if you aren’t watching 1-2 games a night on league pass it might not be for you.

For daily fluff I like The Jump but there can be a lot of “back in my day” bullshit from the old players who are on it. I’ll typically see who the guests are and will listen or skip depending on them (Amin - yes, Tmac - no).

I like your "glass-is-half-full" rose colored glasses, Kibner, you who know better than anyone how these things go. Hell, why not believe that Antny can morph into an IronMan and drag the Pels into the 2nd Round? It really would be something.

What, to reward someone for playing worse than usual while their team has a full blown crisis and sell-off? I know what you're trying to say but it doesn't gel with how the MVP is voted in

If you want to have a "what does MVP REALLY mean" convo that's different

They'd still have all their bad players

Unless you are talking pre Kyrie trade.

Cavs without LeBron with IT hurt, shump and co would be baaaaad.

Cousins would still be on that team as a top talent.

Assuming health on the Pels is a losing battle, though.

I don't know if Fultz will make it back this season, but he's so key for the Sixers going forward if they don't sign LeBron. the Washington tape shows that he could be a dynamic scorer in a way that Ben isn't yet (or ever will be, for that matter) and he eases pressure on Embiid to carry the load on offense. Redick and Covington are solid pieces, but they're specialists at the end of the day. Even in a future without LeBron, Fultz fills a major role going forward; I'm optimistic that he's going to come all the way back, because I feel that the team would have made a serious effort to pry Kemba loose from Charlotte if they thought he was completely dead
