He was then taken into custody.

My mom works for the SBA which his wife is in charge of and I can thankfully say she hasn't done anything hosed up yet to destroy it. In fact, my mom is over in Hawaii doing disaster relief for the floods and the eruption right now. The SBA might be the only good thing left in this government, they're still in Puerto Rico.

Well, it looks like the UK Tory government, after over a year of hemming and hawing over what their 'incredible' deals they would make after having being free of the E.U. have now submitted their agreed proposal on leaving the E.U., i.e. surrendering to effectively all demands and getting very little in return, which will probably be renegotiated to getting nowt in return. And the psycho Brexiteer ministers have shut up. For once in their lives.

Of course this humiliating outcome is still the best case scenario for BREXIT.

I was actually pleased to hear "Welp. We've been utterly crushed", as the alternatives were far worse.

The vote itself was never binding: a referendum is just a popularity poll.

Brexit is happening because the PM started the processes to exit with the EU which doesn't have an 'abort' button.

Small business association? Low interest loans =\= disaster relief if so. Its also sad that an agency that is basically a friendly bank is the only example you can think of that doesnt suck in this govt but atleast you have an example to think of I dont have poo poo when I think of good things left in our govt.

That is not necessarily true. According to Donal Tusk (President of the European Council) the UK can simply reverse the triggering of article 50 at any point (up until actually leaving obviously). https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-39291512 Brexit is happening because a weak prime minister (A career-long political mediocrity who got the nod as PM because all the other candidates self destructed) doesnt have the guts to stand up to the members of her own party who will make a shitload of money when brexit tanks the UK economy. It is a spectacular act of national self harm which can all be traced back to internal tory party spats.

I mean, it almost certainly WONT be reversed because the loudest voices in the tory party are pro brexit (and even those that arent are TERRIFIED of losing their core "old and quietly racist" voters to UKIP) and the Labour party have the oipposite situation where Corbin is personally pro brexit (although for ideological reasons rather than your Rhyss-Mogg personal gain reasons) despite most of his party wanting to remain.

The one and only bright spot for me is that when we leave the EU it might finally lead to Scottish Independence. But thats a lot of years off and hardly a sure thing either. Whole thing is a massive clusterfuck.

This is true. The Attitude Era is arguably the "best" wrestling has been, business wise, and there were a lot of factors to it. It wasn't all due to Austin but he was probably the biggest early factor, leading to that quote.
