They probably run off zip codes, but one would hope they could use the data to find other packages based on FLORIDS on every return address label. I would like to think that there will be no further wildly unqualified appointees but then I remembered the most recent opposition from the Democrats about making PR and DC a state is that it would unbalance the political ratio and skew it in favor of the Democrats. They're absolutely the party that would let her get confirmed.
