Fellow Dine Dads, is there a charcuterie thread? I'm looking to cure some meats, starting with making duck prosciutto and I have questions.

Two kinds of crackers, some lovely marbled cheese and some trail mix as well. desk is messy because I am mid move might crack into the fernet so I can better harness my inner italian grandpa

Had some of the KO Mediterranean style mackerel with rice and homemade crushed tomatoes. It was just a big mess I slopped in a bowl so I didn't take a picture but it was pretty drat good for something that I just threw together and stuffed in my face.

With 5 goddamn kids and 6 other people here for the holidays I'm probably not going to get any turkey or standard Thanksgiving fare so I'll most likely be eating sardines. Which means I will have the superior meal. Get hosed you big dumb bird I'll be happy with my canned fishies.

Pour the sardine-imbibed oil all over the turkey and claim it as yours.

Ritz go really well with cheapass dines They get soggy so they are great for “over the sink right from the tin” eating

You can walk around your house in bathrobe and slippers with a single hand chowing down and be assured that your dines foundation will not crumble before you. 3) They fit perfectly into tupperware and you can bring them to work with a can of sardines

wasa crackers are good in general but there's one variety that is just awful and turns into paste when you chew it- I think they're the Light crackers
