There's a badly-reviewed movie out now called Serenity starring Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway. I'm mentioning this here because someone who watched it said there's an insane plot twist which makes it Nexus Mods The Movie. From what I can gather, the movie (which is marketed as a thriller and is in fact true for most of it) is set in a fishing video game the player has modded to include a sex and murder storyline.
