I went to a bleh PROGRESS show and an amazing Kaiju show yesterday. The Kaiju show was a mess in the best way, and I got to wear my 19-year old Kaiju shirt that, because they didn't ship internationally, I got a very young Bix to buy and send to England. I can die now.

I don't think I care that much of MLW is just being braggadocios about how they're the big leagues. That's what wrestling promotions do, some of them just have different styles. Now if they're messing with people's contracts or messing with other promotions or making talent choose or something, that's different. But talent seems to come and go from MLW really regularly so I imagine no one's super locked in if they agreed to bad pay.

They have been. Brian Pillman Jr was supposed to face Liger at Wrestlecon until Court pulled him citing Brian's agreement with MLW. I'm also pretty sure that sort of stuff is why MVP walked. I think there's also another specific reason why Brett Lauderdale dislikes MLW but don't remember it.
