It laid out some arguments to the contrary then outright stated why they were wrong, and I'm pretty sure two of those refutations contradicted each other. Also had some very winkwink 'here's your rights to object on grounds of conscience etc etc' stuff in it. Never talked about restrictive practises or the legislation around that at all, but we covered the important stuff! Only time religion intruded into the actual course material and the tutorials just ignored it, but I'm still kinda miffed I had to spend a few hundo to be preached at. big fan of the 'reasonable opening sentence into hard heel turn' genre
