Ok, I'm going to be out for the next several hours for Father's Day, so I'm going to scribble some quick thoughts and come back to this later.

Your explanation was straightforward enough, and it's a weird claim, which makes it a bit more plausible to me. Easier for you to fake claim cop if you're just scum going for a frame than to come up with town rolecop. Unless that's the point??

I really don't like that you only have results on players that have already flipped, though. Can you explain why you chose the targets that you did? I need to reread your posts and see if they make sense in context of your claimed investigations.

Town godfather would make sense as a Miller role to a rolecop, if anyone wanted to claim. I agree a bus driver is unlikely, but we've yet to see any scum flips. If town has a rolecop, I doubt scum has one, and with a town jailer flipped, I doubt there's a scum roleblocker. That feels like overlap.

I don't know where I end up on this. I'm going to need to reread. More when I'm back from seeing Dad.

There was nothing wrong with calling out your ~subtle~ play as unhelpful. That I had better things to do on Father's Day weekend than play Mafia should not be an indictment of lurking, either. Heck, I even made mention I'd be absent (though longer than expected because my wife rocks).

Just looking for clarity here: you are currently deciding whether you've caught someone in a lie or whether there's a bus-driver at play?

Earlier you assert we are on the verge of losing, now you're confident we are not. You advocate for not withholding votes, but also you don't vote despite seemingly being confident you know what's going to happen. I don't know how many fences we have seen in this game but you have sat on all of them.

i picked inf n1 because, while we didn't have hardly fuckall to go on, I wanted to pick someone and he was bein a weirdo

i picked steak n2 because my main scum reads were AA and steak, and i felt more confident about Aa after the weird "fine just vote me areegh [wall of text]" meltdown, so i hedged

i picked you n3 because after steak's flip i was questioning everything

and yeah I wish i had more proof but rolecop is so often a scum role that i figured revealing it before I had something actionable would get me heat from town AND scum

Holy poo poo, I didn't bring it up. Omg did. In his post. Which I actually read. I replied to him, and to the idea, with, hey ok, I guess it could exist, in some weird way. Because I was trying to see if I could see the logic in his reasoning, because I'm trying to determine his alignment.

I'm not "town godfather" and never claimed to be. There is no town godfather. But hum asked how it was even possible and missed that we already had that conversation. So I quoted it.
