If you can, get to an Asian supermarket and look for "garlic soup" mix. As far as poo poo you can throw on meat to make it immediately taste better goes, it's top tier.

People also use the ubiquitous can of condensed mushroom soup in there, for thickening. You see a lot of cola used in slow cooking in southern recipes, I guess it adds colour, sweetness, and maybe the acid breaks down proteins like in the Ur Science-Fair display. Who knows.
