It has high production values, and has Radio Le Mans doing the english commentary for all the rounds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nipG68Qe0x0

The drivers have to take their cars down to the fueling station where their designated fueler will fuel the vehicle. Their fueler is kitted out in the nomex suit and helmet etc.

It does finally prove the W Series being about getting women to F1 is a lie of course. Katherine is great but she's 39. She's reached where she's going to reach. Paying her a salary (effectively) to drive in the W Series instead of, for instance, giving their champion a useful prize to progress makes literally no sense if they're telling the truth. They're not of course, they want to swan about like they own a racing series. It might as well be the "B Series" for black drivers for all they care.

Rally owns, but it's not the greatest live spectator sport. I found that the free highlights and text updates work well enough for me. Also, holy poo poo those are some rough roads. Gonna be some breakage this weekend. Maybe an opportunity for M-Sport? Their car seems to have been the toughest these past years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Bdzp4qXjQQ

Looks like Mazda customer DPis are coming in 2020: https://racer.com/2019/09/13/mazda-confident-over-prospects-for-dpi-customer-program/ Joest’s euro-based RT24P was spotted testing with a bunch of former Ford Chip Ganassi UK drivers a little while ago so maybe we’re looking at a CGR privateer operation with what’s left over from the Ford GT program? That would be a seriously formidable entrant next year

I guess it helps that Ganassi already has a relationship with Multimatic, and even spent a bunch of the year testing that chassis with a different engine in it. Would be a huge boost for DPi obviously.

< why not both dot gif > wouldn't be surprised if they were shaking down the real one as comparison to the Ford mule, or that Spirit of Daytona coming back would use the Mazda (glancing over at a Cadillac program that's supporting four different teams, and....yeah).
