The players are there; i am convinced that this can be a competitive team. Not champions by any means but top 4 for sure. Aside from his bizarre starting lineups, his substitutions are either non-existent (against Verona making 1 sub; we only won because of luck imo) or loving baffling (taking Bennacer out yesterday when he was the obvious and only link between defense and attack). He either doesn't know how to communicate what he wants or just isn't communicating at all. If Spalletti showed up I'd be thrilled because the only other reasonable choice I can think of is Pioli. Who I guess might also work, but he isn't as good as Spalletti. The way things are going we're going to end up with Ventura, and if we do that, I'm going to become one of those guys that burns his kits.
