Enough chargebacks, and they will be forced to pay higher fees when taking credit and debit cards, from less than 3% to upwards of 10-20% per transactions. This would only eventually happen if enough people did this together, citing this incident, however even a few chargebacks are enough to make a company sweat. I feel like we have valid grounds and the banks will in most cases side with the purchaser. Good luck.
