But it actually looks quite crap, at least to my eyes it just looks like the station is janking out. Why would it affect console users anyway? Have any of SC's defenders actually seen what an Xbox oneX or a Ps4 pro can do, for a fraction of the price of a "SC capable" pc? Do love the constant "lets show this to others to annoy them" that's aimed at anyone except pc gamers.

This is just another pathetic aspect of the citizens: unironically believing in the PC Master Race. They want to induce a feeling of sadness in console users that they are not part of the group of people who have expensive PC rigs. If they could make these people sad that would somehow validate Cymellion and I think that he thinks that they will respect him in the way I suspect Cymellion respects a lot of people he envies. It’s the same thing with the big ships in-game: they want to be this figure which inspires envy and a feeling of inadequacy in others. Instead of being successful, popular and charismatic, though, the way of the citizen is to buy a poo poo load of stuff. That will definitely work.

Unfortunate. Hope they remembered to put their JPGs in their will. Perhaps CIG should add a "Next of kin" contact details section on user profiles. They can then send out letters of condolences, perhaps urging the newly inherited Citizen to pledge more to ensure they see SC delivered in their lifetime, and also to remember to fill in their next of kin details so the legacy can be handed down further.

Or maybe my ashes can be spread on the floor of CIG’s MOCAP studio and the recording can be used for animations for the new undertaker profession and accompanying spaceship. In any case, I’m already leaving Chris Roberts everything in my will.
