It seems possible to me that they started with the idea that there are multiple vaults. Then they probably played around with what they looked like or which characters they’d put on each. THEN they sloppily figured out how to tie it all together. The BL2 story is much more coherent and well told.

I've never hated Claptrap as much as I did when he hosed the ship to add a slow ship exploration quest instead of just letting me figure stuff out. I wish he'd been sucked out to space.

Yeah I’ve already soloed the Moxxi DLC and... attempted the takedown; I was hoping to run it today but the rescaling got pushed back. Ah well, I have three other characters to play with

Bloodletter is supposedly dropped by the Skag of Survival too, though I have yet to get it from him. Fun fact: you can one shot the Skag of Survival with a Flakker it knocks him out of the arena. However, he won't drop anything if you do that. I learned that one today.

The good news is that the Moxxi DLC is better than anything in the base game so we're in for a treat if they can keep making content of that quality. Even on BL2 I was burnt out for awhile until the Dungeons and Dragons DLC breathed new life into it for me.

Is it normal to end up with 10 class mods for you class when you do the dlc? None of them had +5 to donnybrook but otherwise I'll take them. That one miniboss you get just when you enter the tower dropped 4 of them at the same time

I think, assuming you don't use a lot of beams, you want 1-2 points in Playing Dirty and the rest in Donnybrook. Donnybrook gives +9% damage per point, Playing Dirty gives +15% per point but capped at +100% meaningfully. Getting 7 points in Playing Dirty gives 105%. This is all assuming you take Death Follows Close.
