Yeah, Peter Molyneux is harmless. He just hypes up every single game he does as a revolutionary, world-changing masterpiece and then it's just kinda mediocre. I wouldn't be surprised if his staff keep trying to prevent him from doing interviews or marketing himself because he does such a godawful job.

Peter's schtick is to poo poo on his last game to sell his next game. "Yeah (game) was disappointing, but (game+1) is going to be amazing and revolutionary!" (time passes) "Ok (game+1) was disappointing and mediocre, but wait until you've seen (game+2)!" He had some good ideas but in the idiom of the Kickstarter thread, he's not much more than a glorified Ideas Guy.

I learnt my lesson after Black and White so when Fable came out I had very low expectations. All in all that game was really good but it didn't contain half the revolutionary stuff he promised. Here's the only case where it would have been acceptable to freak out over a loss, but also be completely unable to do so because of how awesome it was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgSAOxwr0xE For non fighting game nerds, Chun Li is kicking Ken's rear end, and with him having a sliver of life left unleashes her super combo move. Ken player parries the whole thing. Not block, blocking just reduces the damage so blocking one of those hits would have killed him anyway. The window for parrying an attack is only a few frames and this guy does it like 10 times in a row (including a pause in the rhythm and one in midair(!!!)), then responds with his own super combo to win.
