You say "they are a front for scary drug cartel mexicans and I think they are killing babies too!" Then the cops kick in the door and kill everyone. It works since you can mostly assume any given police dept in the US has a number of killers on it, and they gravitate towards SWAT kill squads.

the kicker is that the cops of course are not held accountable or criticized for killing innocent people based on a random tip, and also that the risk of death to innocents is so assured that the courts hold that swatting is essentially attempted murder which it totally is, but its still great that the courts will uphold the two positions of "our cops are good hardworking fellows who can do no wrong and thus we will trust their word in court and never convict them for killing people" and "oh yeah if you call the police on a totally innocent person you're pretty much trying to kill them because the police are insane freaks and will murder them". so basically calling the police on anyone at all, for any reason, is an attempt on their life.
