That's basically why Orange County exists - the majority of it is cheap tract housing built from the mid 60s through the 70s. Most of the people who moved in back then are dead or dying, and a lot of the county is becoming more diverse, especially as younger people are moving in. But the chudliest of the chuds are concentrated around Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and the surrounding areas.
