Its armor had shrugged it off. Improv again!: 1d6 5 The living ground under the mech shook at the impact. A valve under it suddenly opened. Sinkhole: 1d8 5 The mech was trapped as the valve closed around it. A victory like this would move a ton of copies of Derek's back catalogue. He reached out to the others for high fives... or whatever business they had going on with their hands.
