See now all I can think of is that if you're gonna kickstart your junk do you do a reward tier where you get your name on it if you donate enough? What about stretch goals? Extra inches if you're getting a dong?

Based on what I've seen on various dino YouTube channels, there's still a ton more to learn about what T-Rex looks like. The lips vs. no lips debate is still raging, as is the face plating and proto-feathers. And if you want to talk about rapidly changing looks, just look at all the radical changes the Spinosaurus has gone through over just the past year, let alone compared to what it looked like when Jurassic Park III came out.

Yeah, unless we get fossilized soft tissues there's no way of knowing what they looked with absolute certainty. It happens though. People have found the entire preserved manus ("hand") of an Edmontosaurus. Now we know they used to walk on hooves like horses! And then there's Borealopelta which has most of the front half of its body completely intact, including horn sheaths: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-UZXBF63z4 During the bone wars someone purportedly dug up a completely preserved Carnotaurus head and the dumb fuckers chiseled it away because back then having a skull was the hot poo poo and nothing else mattered. I've seen a picture of it that I can't find again at all, but I don't know how legit it (or the story, for that matter) is.

Hey, I know that lake! That's Teufelssee, the devil's lake. There's an ex-abandoned now-gentrified spy tower near it, a bunch of wild boar (shocker), some FKK, and at night you can build a small bonfire right on the beach and you'll be completely invisible from the main path. this odd little song was also filmed there

I recently had the job of sculpting a variety of Devonian marine creatures for a museum. I was given some photos of very fragmentary fossils and rough line sketches by a paleo artist, the rest was up to me. I have no specialised knowledge in that area so to flesh out these sketches into 3d I looked at modern animals, other artist's interpretations and pretty much just tried to make them look engaging and plausible in some way. In a lot of cases the head area in a fish has the bones most likely to fossilise well so it would be more "accurate". I have a feeling a lot of how we perceive ancient animals is down to what some artist thought looked cool at the time
