This one is just fascinating to me. Is that a stork? If so, is that the stork that dropped that kid off with his family when he was born? Could the stork just not let go of the child he was supposed to deliver? It looks like he is trying to cheer the dude up by doing things the dude thought were hilarious when he was a toddler. (Not that the dude looks sad. Just that the bird seems to be trying really hard to make the dude happy or something.) Amazingly enough, I’m not stoned. Just very tired.

It's so polite I know that feeding it will only bring it back, possibly with friends who might not be so polite, but I'm not sure I'd be able to avoid giving it something. If nothing else, "our fish is so fresh we have a pelican as a regular customer" would be a hell of a brag.
