Lemon of Troy has always been a favourite episode. I'm not quite sure why, but something about the dynamic with the boys (including some you don't see much interacting with others) and the whole Shelbyville thing has always been real fun to watch.

Lemon of Troy is also one of the episodes that has a single consistent plot, come to think of it. A lot of the kids adventure episodes do, like Kamp Krusty and the road trip episode. (for the most part, I think there's significant leadup to Bart getting the fake license) But Lemon of Troy is entirely about the lemon tree from the start.
