Last chapter, Makima said that per her contract with the prime minister any attack on her would result in consequences for Japanese citizens. Chainsawman did decapitate her, so I wonder if this is what she meant. Only one death had a panel where Chainsawman seemgingly gestured with his arm in their direction, the others seemed a bit more random. This chapter loving rules and I can't stop thinking about it.

I think that Denji killed those people because those were the ones who were lovely to Kobeni and she was the one who summoned him (also one reason she still has her head on her shoulders, and if he did kill her then no one would be bringing him his burger), though I'm not sure how one of the white-haired dudes bit it

And for the patrons, it's Poochita trying to chase Denji's dreams, not Denji himself. The flashback being third person is a bit of a hint.
