Evan Rod is a solid enough 4th maybe 3rd liner. He really did catch the eye in the few games he got post restart. Jankowski is also definitely a 4th liner, but for depth he doesn't seem like he gets killed and the Micah chart shows all blue on both sides of the puck. If he's cheap I'll take it. Now get me the Stecher or Gustaffsson

Janko was on track to be a solid 3rd line center until all of a sudden he wasn't... he could bounce back and is still a solid PK'er. For league minimum it's fine.

Pietrangelo does not really solve any of the VGK's needs so they should really move on. They need better net front players who can bang in rebounds and score more dirty goals. They are good enough on defense for now.

Good for Dobby. That's gonna buy lots of Lego and crawfish. Wish the team would pivot to some younger guys but a finals appearance isn't exactly the kind of thing that gets your team shaken up. So what happens with all these one year deals when the league doesn't play next season?

I mean...at least it's only 1 year and cheap but tbh this better be at most insurance against someone like Miller or Reunanen or Hajek not being ready and the Rangers not being able to swing a trade for soemthing better Cuz JJ is still garbage and we don't fuckin need "leadership" like that
