On top of all the others, Roboco and Shion have also done the same, which adds to nearly all Hololive girls vocally speaking up in support. Subaru, Pekora, and Aqua haven't posted since yesterday's show - they're likely still tuckered out - but I don't imagine it'll be any different with them.

They mention and interact with their Japanese counterparts often enough it'll probably ease you into it. Also Coco's thrice-weekly "news" show on Hololive, AsaCoco, did a lot to really solidify the idea of there being a Hololive "universe" rather than it just being a disparate grab bag of vtubers, and she just started making those again today. It's not a serious show but it's still probably how a lot of people came to follow Hololive as a whole rather than just individuals. She also writes English subtitles for those herself and people expect that part to continue (though they take a bit to appear)

Taken as an individual it really doesn't matter what you click on Youtube so you can do whatever but en masse, using their recommendation algorithms is what lets them make buckets of money off your data. It was half tongue in cheek and half serious. If you want to minimize the amount of money that Youtube generates off your usage then navigating directly to a video by link or search generates less useful data for them.

Hololive EN girls are English speaking, though two of them (Calli and Kiara) currently do live in Japan. There's also Hololive Indonesia (all 3) and Hololive China (2 out of 6) who have English speaking talents. Hololive Japan pretty much only has Coco that is fluent in English, but Haachama is learning pretty fast as she currently lives as a student in Australia.
