Best Buy people: I got emails recently saying I could book an appointment to pick up my console, so I set it nice and early just in case there’s a stock issue as I don’t leave work until late usually. All good. Got a voicemail today (swear my phone didn’t ring, swines) from the local store asking me if I wanted to set up an appointment. So, same thing I’ve already done. Anyone else get a similar thing of the local not realizing it’s in place already? I tried to call back to speak to the guy who left the message, but 45 minutes on hold to the same 4 Xmas songs and I burned out.

Pretty sure I can but I need to double check. I can just unplug my external SSD from my current Xbox and plug it into the new one and everything will work correctly right? I’d rather not have to redownload 500gigs worth of poo poo.
