It's a little disconcerting that it wasn't locked from lack of use. I mean govt computers are probably on a short timer, they must have just barely gotten out of that office.

According to that Foone tweet thread linked earlier, they have a better option than training boomers Government computers are supposed to require a physical card to unlock, and when the card is pulled out of its slot the machine automatically locks again. Just tie the security card to your boomer's collar (or a belt loop or purse...) and they physically can't leave the machine without locking it.
