For me it's mainly that the joke drags on a bit after the first like quarter of talents. It also runs into the problem as a lot of those tier list ones in that no one has a complete grasp on all the Holos so there's always placements or jokes that are completely misplaced and incorrect, but they felt they needed to put all of the cast in. To be fair, the creator might not have expected for the meme to show up on the meme review. The localized titles make sense if the target audience was only english speakers. The 2-3 options on some members is pretty bad, though. Ruins the pacing of the jokes.
