Yeah, I had to clean ours out a few weeks back as we’d not used it over winter.

While better than it could have been, it was still pretty loving gross.

I've had to do this twice because I get lazy with the testing/chemicals and then it gets to the point I'm scared to check it lol. It's a pain but we are still looking forward to getting it set up again next time the weather turns nice.

In general I find a weekly filter change and pH balance is perfectly fine but the chlorine level needs checking every couple of days and its degradation rate is highly dependent on the temperature you keep the tub at.

While a grain platform can be used for corn, a specialized corn head is ordinarily used instead.

Poor Cyril. I didn't see the post but. I'm. Guessing it was an alcohol fueled cry for help.

I just made a basic thai green which was really more an excuse to spend £4 on a loving massive bag of frozen kimchi dumplings, which I cooked and drowned in soy + chilli oil

Anyway if you wouldn't mind I'd appreciate the massaman recipe. This restaurant down the road does a beef shin bone marrow massaman and is is insanely delicious

We went to the Gordon Ramsay's Burger Garden near Soho with friends. Fifteen quid for an okay burg, 17 fries and flat diet coke.

I'll stick to my own reduced aisle steak burgers, brioche and homemade bruschetta garnish that cost like 2 quid each but it was good to be outside and eat something cooked by someone else.

Soho was busy but not super packed, I hope the no traffic thing will become permanent there even during post rona times, it really creates a wonderful buzz.

Trusted my father in law and did not prime an ancient plaster wall before covering it in 2 coats of white paint and 1 of expensive "scrubbable" nice paint. Now it's peeling & cracking and I want to cry. Always prime and never listen to your father in law is my advice.
