I pet a cat yesterday. My guess is that one of my neighbors is feeding a stray. He was chillin on their welcome mat, an empty tuna can was nearby. He's pretty thin and has large testicles. Brown stripey coat, white socks, kinda like Leland. At first he gave me a meow that I thought might've been "go away" but I gave him a slow blink and he immediately started circling my legs. Received head scritches well. I'll get some pics next time.
