His and Elizabeth Cooks' version of Tecumseh Valley is magical. The TvZ and Nanci Griffith version is still the best though. Nanci Griffith was just wonderful too. I've been there! It's in the Outer Banks in North Carolina. I have a magnet on my fridge. I was disappointed by the tiny selection of porn (they had one tiny aisle of magazines), but the biscuits were good.

And I tried to take a picture of some signed photos from The Jerky Boys, but somehow hosed up and didn't get them. They weren't that exciting, so that's OK. *** Finally, I saw an old Fallout Shelter sign on a building in Chinatown:  It's been at least a decade since I saw one of those in the wild, so that was cool.
