Yep. i've got one of these and if you can get the tuning dead on, it's better than modern PC software decoders. That first part's the rub, though. they basically used a very peaked audio filter/detector and turned that into 1's and 0's. if you're like 50 hertz off it's deaf no solution is as good as the human ears and the few pounds of brainmeats between them though
