The stiffness gives them a kind of 70's - 90's underground comix vibe--the kind of vibe I could see Bakshi trying to lean into if studio interference weren't an issue. It took me a second to remember I wasn't in one of the BSS comic art threads.

I kinda like the first one even though it's a bad composition. Spider detective makes sense if he needs more arms just to hold his cigar/lens/ect. accessories.

"smell them!" she cried. sweeping up to a grey-haired man in a suit, she leaned in close and deeply inhaled his scent.

jack towed her away. "you can't be out smelling people," he said. holli would received the advice with contempt.

they contemplated the bar. holli didn't know what to order, or even what drinks human bars served. "they have ninety-five different things," jack said wearily. holli said she'd have one of each.

realising suddenly the impact this de-cartooned sex elf could have on his human bank account, jack begged her to slow down.

holli would said that no, she would not slow down.

in fact, she was going to have sex with every single man in the club.

"gentlemen prefer blondes!" she declared, leaping to her feet and strutting away through the crowd.

holli walked straight up to the frumpy crooner on-stage and threw off her skirt to unveil her new flesh legs.

"let's make love," she said.
